Bligh

is a 29 storey skyscraper that was completed in 2011. It can be accessed from Bligh Street, Bent Street and O’Connell Street. The building is an ecologically sustainable development with green features such as a naturally ventilated full height atrium, a double-skin façade with external louvres, solar panels on the roof for energy generation, air conditioning by chilled beams, rain water collection and a basement waste water recycling plant.
