This former Salvation Army Hall is located on Ramsay Street, in the inner west suburb of Haberfield.The hall was built in 1914 as a place of worship for the Salvation Army. The hall has been restored and now houses a fruit market.

It’s typical of a traditional suburban shopping centre with a fruit shop, coffee shop, bakery, supermarket seen here and even a payphone. The suburb of Waterloo took its name from the Battle of Waterloo in 1815, when Allied and Prussian forces under the Duke of Wellington and Blücher defeated the French forces under Napoleon Bonaparte.
